Clear expectations for sellers and dealers.
These terms describe the basic rules for using MyLastBid to list vehicles, submit purchase offers and arrange a transaction.
Effective August 26, 2026
Marketplace role
MyLastBid provides a marketplace where sellers can list vehicles and approved dealers can submit purchase offers. MyLastBid is not the buyer, seller, lender, insurer, inspection provider or party completing the final vehicle transfer.
Accurate information
Users must provide accurate account, vehicle, ownership, dealership and licensing information. Sellers should disclose known damage, warning lights, title issues and material mechanical problems.
Offers and inspections
An online offer may be subject to confirmation of VIN, mileage, condition, ownership and lender payoff. Dealers are responsible for clearly communicating any final inspection or paperwork requirements.
No obligation to sell
A seller is not required to accept an offer. Once an offer is accepted, the seller and selected dealer are responsible for completing inspection, payment, payoff, title and transfer documents.
Dealer conduct
Dealers must maintain any license required for their activities, submit genuine purchase offers, protect seller information and avoid misleading or abusive conduct.
Account security
Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and activity performed through their accounts. Suspected unauthorized access should be addressed promptly by resetting the account password.
Prohibited activity
Users may not submit false listings or offers, scrape private marketplace data, interfere with the service, impersonate another person or business, or use seller information for unrelated solicitation.
Service availability
The service may change, experience interruptions or remove content that violates these terms. MyLastBid does not guarantee that a listing will receive an offer or that a transaction will be completed.
