Effective August 26, 2026
Information we collect
MyLastBid may collect account information, vehicle details, VIN, mileage, condition, photos, ZIP code, seller contact details, dealer application information, license details, offer amounts and marketplace activity.
How information is used
Information is used to provide secure accounts, display vehicle listings to approved dealers, process offers, review dealer applications, prevent misuse and operate the marketplace.
Seller contact privacy
Seller contact details are stored separately from the dealer-facing listing. They are made available to the selected dealer after the seller accepts that dealer’s offer.
Service providers
MyLastBid uses service providers for authentication, database hosting, file storage and website hosting. These providers process information as needed to operate the service.
Data choices
Users may stop using the service and request help concerning their account or listing through the account associated with the marketplace. Some records may be retained when required for security, dispute prevention or legal compliance.
Security
Reasonable technical controls are used to protect marketplace information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their passwords and review transaction details carefully.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date will be revised when material updates are published.
